You can cancel the order before the shipment number is issued; After delivery, we can't cancel the order for you. If you must cancel the order, you need to deduct your round-trip mailing fee of 30€.

Return & Exchange Policy
- You may return or exchange your commodity up to 30 days from the date you received your commodity.
- You are responsible for shipping the commodity back to us and for the costs associated with that shipment.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If you decide to have your commodity exchanged, you will receive your new commodity within 1 to 2 weeks from the date on which we receive the returned commodity from you.
